Cooking Alcohol Substitute

lately ni I'm so into cooking and baking ya'll....sesape yang fren with me dekat facebook sure paham dan setuju...almost everyday aku akan upload gambar hasil masakan aku atau hasil baking...

suka la kan search kat internet carik resepi resepi yang boleh di cuba tuk ditelan sendiri...ok most of masakan yang aku cuba adalah western dish...seperti yang korang tau...most of western food mesti ada sikit campur wine or some alcohol...

since tak pernah telan any alcohol so memang tak tau la ape taste dia kan so agak sukar nak substitute with anything...I believe korang pun bila search resepi tengok ada alcohol mesti macam rasa tak leh nak buat dish tu kan...so now don't worry...aku dah berjaya jumpa substitute tuk some alcohol...korang boleh la masak the dish yang korang nak masak tu...

there's alot of type of alcohol tapi aku select few je yang memang selalu di guna kan...ok lets check....

Beer or ale - For light beers, substitute chicken broth, ginger ale or white grape juice. For heavier beers, use a stronger beef, chicken or mushroom broth or stock. Non-alcoholic beers may also be substituted.
Brandy - If a particular flavor is specified, use the corresponding fruit juice, such as apple, apricot, cherry, peach, raspberry etc. or grape juice. Corresponding flavored extracts can be used for small amounts.
Champagne - Sparkling white grape juice, ginger ale, white wine.
Cognac - use peach, apricot or pear juice.
Red Burgundy - grape juice
Red wine - beef or chicken broth or stock, diluted red wine vinegar, red grape juice diluted with red wine vinegar or rice vinegar, tomato juice, liquid from canned mushrooms, plain water.
Rum - For light rum, use pineapple juice flavored with almond extract. For dark rum, use molasses thinned with pineapple juice and flavored with almond extract. Or use rum extract flavoring. 
Sake - Rice vinegar.
White Burgundy - white grape juice
White wine - chicken broth or stock, diluted white wine vinegar or cider vinegar, white grape juice diluted with white wine vinegar, ginger ale, canned mushroom liquid, water. For marinades, substitute 1/4 cup vinegar plus 1 Tbsp sugar plus 1/4 cup water.

okie....since korang dah tau ape nak di substitute kan dengan alcohol...bet korang dah boleh masak dish yang korang teringin nak masak itu...
