urgghhh.....kebimbangan melanda....weight my self just now...and...argghh...hate to say it...i am gained....ahhhh saket hati nih....
but i have to admit it...my fault...my mistake...dah berapa kali aku skip gym...hermm...ok bukan aku tak mau pegi...aku ada make effort tuk pegi gym ok...i did bring gym beg pegi keje...tapi tu lah...setakat dia kat dalam bonet saje lah...tiap kali nak pegi...tiap kali la ader jer hal...i mean kene stay back kat office...hermm...i should not complaining rite...
tengok scale nyer meter...jadi sedih....so i should find way to maintain my weight....tho tak pegi gym...i should not gain...kene jaga cara makan nih....pendek kata kene diet....ermm...jaga makan...
hermm...tak kira...minggu depan nih...aku nak gak pegi...tak kira tak kira...nak pegi jugak...i should fine my time to do gym...boss..please...i dun wanna gain my weight nemore...hohohohohoo..
ok....wait n see yah...harap minggu depan hope aku dapat pegi gym...at least 2 kali... *wink****
